Kairos WWT are seeking to recruit

• Temporary Project Worker – 10 month contract

Full Time: Salary £20,858 pa (NJC Scale 5, Point 24)

Kairos WWT believes in the value and dignity of all women. We aim to support, empower, and give a voice to women caught up in sex work, or at risk of prostitution, and those aspiring to leave it. We work in Coventry by providing safe spaces, a listening ear and development opportunities.

 

We are looking for a female project worker who is enthusiastic, a born organiser with excellent communication skills, and has proven advocacy and supervisory skills. This role will require experience in volunteer management, one to one support work and will involve the supervision of day and evening sessions.

This role requires regular evening and occasional weekend work.
